I was looking online for it but there used to be a database of complaint ratios on the NCDOI website - anyone know if that still exists?

Cov A does exclude the land. Usually the insurance company will recommend what the cost to rebuild your home (cov a) will be using cost estimating software. You can usually lower or up the amount but be very cautious with changing that amount significantly, if you under value your home a lot of companies have language in the contract that will penalize you for it.

I have been a long time customer with State Farm in Atlanta, Fairfax VA, and for the last few years in Knightdale. I have always been happy with the customer service. I like dealing with people one on one, and it is the agent office who makes the difference for me. THe ins costs down here in NC are lot lower than what I had been paying in the other states I lived.
