Credit unions do not charge at their cash point locations. They also don't screw people over like banks do.

Join a credit union. Coastal lets me withdrawal from other credit union atms and cashpoint atms without having to pay the other bank fee.

Yes, exactly what I was going to say. The State Employees' Credit Union does not charge--their freestanding machines are called "Cashpoints", but I don't know whether the ones actually attached to a branch have that name.

I am the OP. Thanks for all the information.


I stopped by a cashpoint ATM and a PNC ATM in Sheetz. Since my card goes through Discover/Pulse, the cashpoint does not work for me. But I did make it in Sheetz.
