Dear all,

I am wondering if there is any bank in this area does not have ATM fee for the debit card issued by other banks?

In northeastern where I used to live, there is a bank called "Citizen bank" which does not charge any ATM fee if you use, say Bank of America debit card, to withdraw cash... Any bank has similar ATM policy in this area...?

Thanks!

Usually it's a feature that comes with your account, and not the policy of the bank ATM. I bank with USAA and am refunded all ATM fees when my statement comes. So I'd look into banks that offer this feature with their checking account. Much easier also.

Sheetz has been advertising no-surcharge ATM's but you would have to check
the details & locations...

Someone already mentioned Cashpoints, and I basically came to say the same thing but I'd call them out as SECU (State Employees Credit Union) instead. I think "Cashpoints" is the term SECU uses for its ATMs, but if you're searching you might want to try both names.

I have USAA and always use SECU/Cashpoints. Best part is they are plentiful throughout the state even in rural areas.

Cash points and Sheetz are the only ones I can think of. I believe Sheetz uses a PNC ATM, I don't know if all PNC ATMS are like that though.

Most people try to bank at a bank where, even if there are charges, the bank reimburses you the charge. BA does that.

I use bank of america, and they are all over...I never have to use a non Bank of America ATM.

Mostly I just get cash back at the grocery store and avoid atms altogether.
