Pho Super 9 on Triangle Plantation Drive across from the mall on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh is very good.

I agree that Pho Far East is awesome and I went there frequently when I lived up that way. However, it's quite a hike from where I live now and Pho Vietnam is great too.
