Mills Park - not Mills Creek - Elementary has an enrollment cap, so I'd avoid that area. You won't get a seat at that school.

Plenty of options as there are many businesses that cater to kids on "track out" as it's referred to here. Art, science, sports, etc. camps. There have been threads here in the past with lists you can search for or just google "Wake County Track Out Camps."

Morrisville Elementary is a year-round school. Unless things have changed, you cannot enter in the middle of the year. You have to apply through Wake County schools during late winter before the school year begins and get assigned a seat, if you're lucky.

Green Hope has open enrollment and is a very good school so that should work for you. Sorry I can't help with the apartment situation.

There are tons of year round camp options if you go year round. We are in year round and do a combination of camps but you can also sign up for a year long commitment to the Y or City of Raleigh. Some of our other favorites are acting, tae kwon do and art. The cooking one was cool but extremely expensive if you ask me. But yes, you'll find a lot of options.
