Just saw some today at the Fresh Market near the intersection of routes 15/501 and 54. IIRC, it was $3.49 per pound.

Default Whole Foods

I saw it at Durham Whole Foods today. But I have to say they were not in the greatest shape (leaves wilted)...

I've seen it occasionally at Harris Teeter but it looks pretty lame usually. This is one of my favorite vegetables and one of the few things I miss about NJ, where it is available most of the time.

FYI, I found some at the Fresh Market on 54 in Chapel Hill. It was pricey ($3.99) but in good shape.

Picked some up at Harris Teeter at Leesville Road and 540 intersection in N Raleigh last night. It was in great shape and was a larger bundle of it than I've ever seen before. Don't recall the price.

Since I saw this thread, I developed a sudden craving for broccoli rabe... I got some from HT yesterday. It was in decent shape and delicious Yes, pricey ($3.99/ea) but for once in a while I wouldn't mind. Thanks OP and hope you'd enjoyed yours as well.
