Exactly right!
I really enjoyed my Jersey Mike's cheese steak, but would not really try to convince a Cheese Steak Aficionado and Purist Disciple that it is the Best in The World.

This is not fair. I can't find a great cheesesteak in NYC...how do you expect to find one in Raleigh? A weekend trip to Philly is in order.

Yeah something was missing for me too. A quality Philly for 'round these parts, though.
