Right. Starbucks can open short-staffed.
The daycare is regulated, and can be penalized or sued for short staffing.
And, they are liability-adverse, dealing with kids, etc.

I think that's a standard message they use. It's been posted for three deliveries to our home since Saturday. I shoveled our driveway, walkway and mailbox location Saturday. Mostly bare pavement.
Now getting to our subdivision is a whole 'nother story ... so I think that message can mean anything from "we can't get to your subdivision to we can't get to your door"

Received notification yesterday that our three UPS packages which were due 1/9 would be delivered today, 1/10. However, the truck pulled up at 3pm 1/9 after all. Packaged delivered without issue and on time after all.
