I've been searching for a while for garden paving stones. I'm not even sure this is the right term. Our backyard has 4 16" x 24" stones that we use as a walkway, I think they are granite. Anyway, I checked the big box stores, I checked garden suppliers like Southern States, I checked the Rock Shop...no luck, not even close. Any thoughts on where I could find this?

Logan's carries stones (off Capital Blvd/Peace St. Exit) . How about Luck Stone on Capital Blvd in Raleigh? Triangle Landscape Supply on Gresham Lake Rd. also has stones.

Great, will try those places!

By the way, I recently discovered you can get your soil tested for *free*. Your taxpayer dollars at work. Here's the website.

If you go to Logans for the stones, they also have materials (boxes, instructions, etc.) for the free soil test. All you have to do is mail or drop off. They also have a copy of the brochure online at their website. This is supposed to be a good time of year for that...before the spring rush.
