Does anyone know the plan on the 4 old Victorian-looking houses in disrepair on Blount between Polk and North in downtown Raleigh? (on the right side) I think the state owns the properties, and I had been wondering if there were plans to sell/renovate them, but then I noticed 1 had been torn down this morning. What's the story? The one closest to North St at least looks like it would be gorgeous if someone had some serious money to renovate/restore it, but I suspect they'll all be torn down for new development.
No, Blount. In the picture on the ncsoo, it's one block up from the ones being sold-you can see a blue tarp on the roof of one (which has now been torn down)
