I like Flying Biscuit Cafe and also The Remedy Diner. The former has more traditional breakfast food.

I saw an ad at Indy newspaper for Taverna Agora brunch. Have never been but it's Greek if that's what you're looking for. I have yet to understand what exactly are those "diners" people miss here. We went to one in MD that has been around for years and it was just awful.
