Here's a mini-series I came across from Ken Bowers, the planning director for Raleigh about some of the things they are trying to do in terms of planning and transit etc.... in Raleigh. Not sure how successful they have been so far but we will see. It's pretty informative so figured I'd share!
Rezoning the office parks might get interesting, particularly the already established ones. I can see them rezoning for office/retail, but residential might not happen.

They will eventually get overhauled or they will become irrelevant over time and their ability to actually attract residents will probably be tied to how significantly they offer amenities for them.
