Car sold to me is crap, What are my options? (shops, oil)

2001 model, how many miles? If the purchase price was right these problems are not that big and cheap to fix. I had an older car where the oil pan had to be replaced because the threads where the plug screwed in were worn out. Had a good used one installed for $200.
Alarm goes off? Disconnect it a 2001 vehicle won't be stolen. O2 sensors fail. Buy one when you get around to it.

Yep. Def. Doesn't seem like a lemon to me. Cars with 190k on them will need some tlc.

The only thing I could see was if the dealer/seller cleared the code in an effort to hide it from the buyer. All the other items are your car is 16 years old duh.

I can't tell whether it was you who paid for the mechanic to look at the car or not. If you paid and if the car had problems on the day of purchase that a mechanic would reasonably have been expected to find during a $50-100 inspection (I'm guessing that's what the mechanic charged), you could politely ask the mechanic to refund the amount you paid for the inspection. But I wouldn't count on getting that money back.

Otherwise you are SOL, and in effect you have purchased a lesson in what can go wrong when buying an old car that didn't have a good reputation for quality to begin with.
