Just wanted to gather support for this movie for local screening. IF you have friends who are garden enthusiasts or members of garden/farming meetup groups, can you please share this so we can get enough people to screen this movie in Raleigh.

Few things on Earth are as miraculous and vital as seeds. Worshipped and treasured since the dawn of humankind. SEED: The Untold Story follows passionate seed keepers protecting our 12,000 year-old food legacy. In the last century, 94% of our seed varieties have disappeared. As biotech chemical companies control the majority of our seeds, farmers, scientists, lawyers, and indigenous seed keepers fight a David and Goliath battle to defend the future of our food. In a harrowing and heartening story, these reluctant heroes rekindle a lost connection to our most treasured resource and revive a culture connected to seeds. SEED features Vandana Shiva, Dr. Jane Goodall, Andrew Kimbrell, Winona Laduke and Raj Patel.

Release date: September 23, 2016 (USA)
Directors: Taggart Siegel, Jon Betz
Cast: Vandana Shiva, Winona LaDuke, Andrew Kimbell, Dr. Jane Goodall

I'd consider supporting this - because I support indie filns, not the anti GMO topic of the fikm -if there was already an organized local theater and date. All I see is Wilmington as a maybe. Am I missing something?

ETA: I thought I remembered this from last year.

Here you are back again, with more anti-industry propaganda. Unfounded, we might add. What started you on this crusade?

You seem to be pushing awfully hard for the other side. The OP might ask you the same question.

Believe it or not, we are all on the same side. We want to afford a good diet, be safe, and search out the truth. I just happen to be well educated from the science side.
