Not really? The patio is cool but that's about the only thing that was good about that place - the food/drinks/service left much to be desired.

Pretty much this. My wife, two friends, and I went there one evening. We got there around 8:00 PM and they'd already changed over to their Late Night menu. Their beers left a lot to be desired and the word is the owner will bring in brewers and refuse to let them alter the recipes at all. We might go to enjoy the view again but I'm more likely to walk over to Raleigh Brewing, Trophy, or Moonlight Pizza for a brew and dinner.

Last time I went there, we sat outside and were accosted by huge (Huge even by NC standards) cockroaches. Other tables were brushing them aside and laughing. A few tables left, as did we. I have no idea if that was a one-off problem or reoccurring, but I really hope they addressed it.

Geez, tough crowd.

My wife and I loved hanging out there on a warm night. The views are fantastic, and the ambiance perfect for sipping and schmoozing. People are hyper critical of food and beer to the point where I'm afraid to spend my money anywhere. The food wasn't memorable but it didn't disappoint us either and the beer choices were diverse and flavorful.

I'm thrilled it's reopening, it is a favorite destination that we missed quite a bit last Summer/Fall.

The food was mediocre at best, the beer was ok, but the service is the real reason I'll probably never be back. They never seemed to be understaffed, even on crowded nights but I never had a smooth experience there from a service standpoint. Missing food items, items that never came, servers that literally disappeared for an hour after taking drink orders, and the list goes on.

The view is killer though and I wish the service was at least acceptable so I could enjoy that part more.

I hope it's true! The patio is great with an amazing view. The food and drinks were fine, nothing spectacular but certainly work. I love how pet and child friendly it is.

Sorry I'm late to the party here! Yes the view is outstanding. Unfortunately, that's all the place has going for it. The food was horrible, service was non-existent and the beers were not good at all.

It's such a shame because I felt that location was going to waste with the sub-par food, drinks and service.
