the building is at or above capacity. it's not like selling the corporation (taking it private to gain capital) would shut it down.

Citrix for sales does not give you any information about the potential buyer intention.

If bought by private equity, they will streamline the business by exiting losing business units, milking the business of successful ones and maybe prioritize investment in a few ones.

As far as I know, Raleigh is the based of sharefile, which is a small but growing business. The new owners might decide to sell this business to pay out the cost of acquisition, or keep this business if make sense to him.

If bought buy a big player, I am not too worried about sharefile business, as it is a cloud business and the hype today is for such businesses.


Everything I said is pure hypothesis as of now. They might never find a buyer for the amount they want to sell it for......
