Right after it opened, maybe 1-2 weeks. Maybe it was still new...but it was literally wall-to-wall people, the bartender can't hear your drink order type of place. But perhaps that's changed. I was so turned off I never went back.
But like what time of the day? It's open from 11a-2a everyday. If you go after 6-7, then it'll be closer to a "bar bar". Earlier in the day is more chill.

They really struggled the first few weeks they were open since everybody in Raleigh wanted to check it out. It's nothing like a "club" now that it's calmed down - I enjoy going there with friends just to hang out and drink a beer
As a 44 year old, what I want to know is where do the old people hang out?
