Were moving to Raleigh in June '08, we were thinking about moving to Governors Point because its on a beautiful lake. I was just wondering if its a safe place to live? I cant find anything online.

Good luck, but keep in mind.. sad to say but
No where is totally safe or immune from crime, so its important to lock your doors and cars, etc.

Go to newsobserver.com, go to the news tab and drop down to "crime & safety". Click that and then then use their interactive crime map.
