If I want an Arts and Crafts store, I would go to either the Michaels or A.C. Moore off of 15-501.The Jo-Ann in Durham is a smaller store that doesn't really have what I want.

I would like to see them take up some of the remaining space in the old Walmart on MLK since Parkside would be a little bit of a hike for me.

I live near Park West and a craft store would be about as bad of a fit as was Gander Mountain. Not enough room for a Home Depot. Maybe a Home Goods?

There's a Homegoods near Southpoint, which is not that far away (15 min drive from Parkside)

Hobby Lobby might not be a good fit for that particular shopping center, but you can't blame them for taking advantage of Field & Stream vacating that property. Nobody expected that building to be empty after two years

Wow so exciting! Although i feel like hobby lobby is turning into more of a home goods store than anything.
