Thought it looked familiar! Went to college at Salem State and went here a few times. Chinese is definitely one of the things on my list of foods to get when we go back to Mass.
There's a Hawaiian BBQ restaurant in Greensboro called ZC Hawaiian. Not sure if it's the food or atmosphere you're craving. Yeah it's all about the over-breaded, insanely greasy, americanized Chinese food, and tropical drinks that are so strong you would think they were poured with 93 octane.
One has to wonder if anything like these exist anywhere in Polynesia. Like the Chinese food in Asia being nothing like it is in most places in the US.
