What to do - where to live ?

It can be very hard to transfer credits from one high school to another, particularly when you're moving from an area with traditional scheduling to block scheduling. I would never move my kids senior in high school - that's the payoff for the first 11 years of hard work and bonding with friends and classmates.

We moved here when my son had just finished his junior year in HS. He was not a happy camper to say the least (girlfriend left behind as well). Our saving grace, he was an athletic, and once his senior year started he had a great group of friends.

He survived and went on to NCState after graduation. That was many years ago now. I am going to ask him just how bad it was and if he would do the same today if in my shoes back then.
