Areas around Bella casa to rent (Kelly: apartments, rentals, chapel)

We really like that neighborhood but might rent first. Are there any areas around it to rent so my kids might not have to change schools if we move in that neighborhood.

We would need a four bedroom house to rent .

I don't understand the question. Yes I'm sure you could find a rental with the same school assignment as bella Casa if that's what you're asking.

It's just a rental so you don't need to put a ton of thought into it.

You probably want to stay in the Pearson Farms/Dogwood Ridge/Scotts Mill area as I think they are all assigned to the same schools.

Basically anything west of Kelly Road and south of 64....for the most part.

There are apartments right across the street from Olive Chapel Elementary... Creekside apartments I think...

If you are dead-set on a SFH rental; Homestead Park probably has a few rentals.

Also, Bella casa is split between two elementary schools for assignments, so depending on what part you are looking at, you may need to consider where your rental is.

Scott's Ridge. I think everything east of Evans road is assigned there.

Our rentals in Holland Crossing and Kelly West communities are assigned to Olive Chapel ES. So you can check for rentals in these neighborhoods if you like this ES.
