Yeah, and it's stored in the fob so does OP no good. You can start the car with the new ones too...I would have to pry away the push button start button to get to the regular ignition. The hard key should come separately so you can store it in a safe place for situations like the OP is in.

When I bought my Prius (used) I was only given one key. I should try to get a second for a situation like the OP!
