The Wake-Durham boundary in RTP runs roughly east-west at Development Drive. Lenovo (the former Ericsson buildings), Cisco, Biogen, NetApp, etc are on the Wake side. There is still a lot of raw land on the Wake side. Hopson Road northward is Durham.
As much as many of us disagree with the opinions of the poster you are parodying, he does use perfectly good spelling and grammar. In this day and age that should be lauded, not mocked.
It is, that would really be limiting their options, but I guess if they have the precise location already picked out, they don't care too much about options. Also, I think if they had the location finalized, they would have included it in the announcement.
Latest update says RTP. Dang, there goes the speculating.
I'm pretty sure Mike was saying that in Jest and wrapped it in elipses and quotation marks to remind us of a certain poster that might be commenting on this topic soon.
So instead of bringing in workers for $55k for a $130k job, the C-level execs will just keep the man power out of the country and jobs will pay $0 here. But, it's cool, they'll get they're bonuses, and trickle down economics will magically happen so that those who used to work for them can cut their grass and clean their homes.
No, Trump is after both the companies that send jobs overseas and the ones that hold cash overseas, injuring our tax base.
It's already causing a lot of re-shoring plans in manufacturing, even though a lot of them are saying "oh yeah, hee-hee, we were gonna do that anyway". And to be fair, a lot of them were already starting to realize that the whole off-shoring thing wasn't working out for other reasons, it's just that Trump's warnings of big tax penalties helped them make up their mind a bit faster.

I think it's a bit disingenuous of a president to do what he's doing (though I don't disagree with all of it), yet still employ so many overseas, low-wage workers.
When he puts his money where his mouth is and moves his own factories to the US for the unemployed, unskilled workers in the Rust Belt, we can talk about whether or not he's a working-man's champion.
I have always supported putting some rules around the onshoring and offshoring of labor. That type of thing is good for everyone.

Which would you rather, a president that at least tries to do most of what he promised or one that does nothing? I'm not saying Trump is a great guy, I'm just saying that this particular set of moves are good for the country.
As far as his own businesses go, I remember reading about many companies saying they wanted to manufacture in the USA, but couldn't set up shop here because the skills they needed had already shifted offshore as a matter of business trend. Trump hasn't said everyone who already had workers offshore has 60 days to re-shore all jobs or else. He has started with those that continue to create new jobs overseas. He would only be a hypocrite if he imposed tax penalties on some companies for off-shoring but not himself. In fact I'm pretty sure he would go to jail if he did that. I'm just saying you can't completely re-shore a company overnight, so at least with regard to job policy, what he is doing is way better than the alternatives. Nobody is expecting all companies to immediately reshore all positions, it's not a reasonable goal.
I don't agree with him on everything, but he is doing good things with regard to American jobs.
