I would host it at my tinderbox, but I live in Cary and I just searched all of Amazon and could not find any Beige viewing glasses. My HOA would never approve it.
I agree! It should be the same weekend as a Clemson home football game!
Good point, if the only thing going on is a Clemson game, than 99.44% of North Carolinians should be free, with nothing better to do than stare at the sun.
We've changed plans a little and grabbed one of the last rooms available in Orangeburg...planning to head down on Sunday if the weather looks good. May try to get closer to the center line for the eclipse itself, but if things are just completely jammed up, at least we'll already be within the path.
