that's fair. Just trying to preserve even the generic "grit" ... Raleigh's becoming so cookie-cutter.

That shopping center really never took off to begin with. I used to live up that way around the time it opened and was really excited that something interesting might move in and boy was I disappointed.

I hadn't heard yet that both MiMi's and On the Border had closed, but it makes me wonder how in the h-e-double-hockey-sticks that "Red Bowl Asian Bistro" is still open. That place is abysmal to say the least. Terrible service, bad food and has anyone ever seen their "coupons"? So many restrictions and conditions it's almost funny.

Spouse amd I go to Red Bowl all the time and never experienced bad service or food there. Never had any issues using their coupons either. The place always has steady business everytime we go.

Looks like Burlington Coat Factory will be replacing Marshalls at the shopping center. Landlord also has other tenants that have just signed on as well.
