Hi- visiting the area for a few days and wondering if there are any pools that non-residents can purchase a daily pass to? Water parks? Basically, any place with water? Thanks!

For an indoor water park, there is Buffaloe Road Aquatic Center in NE Raleigh.

Not sure what the rest of your trip looks like, but there's a big water park with slides and wave pool and all that stuff in Greensboro that might be worth a day trip.

About 2 weeks' ago, we discovered Kinston has a water park. My 7 year old grandson enjoyed it for the whole day!

The Triangle is sorely lacking in waterparks.

Triangle Aquatic Center sells day passes but make sure to check schedule on their website. No water parks in Cary, to my knowledge. But there is a large splashground in the Jack Smith park.
