Olive Chapel Rd, Smith Farms & Old house (Apex: land, road)

Curious if the old home on Olive Chapel Road is going to be saved and moved? Lennar seems to be grading all the land around her for their latest development called Smith Farm. The house looks to have tape around it and there is something taped to the door. As old homes go she seems to be in pretty good condition.

Ask the Apex Historical Society; they're usually really plugged into western Wake old homes and development. Jeremy will probably know.
