There is a vacant building that use to be a Indian restaurant on ten-ten Rd near Penny rd. I heard a Char-Grill was going there and even saw the plans they submitted to Cary for it. But I haven't heard anything since and was wondering if it has been axed? I wanted to see if anyone here knew or had some insight in this. Thanks!
It used to be a gas station where they sold Indian food. I drive by there at least weekly and have not seen any action whatsoever. Would love to have some business move in there, it's been empty for a while already.
Pretty sure the Indian Restaurant was what is now called Cilantro (in MacGregor Village). Back then a young man (probably 12?) ran the counter. Now he's a young adult, and I think he runs Cilantro. Great place then and now. I can only hope that whatever goes there is as good. I'm not a Char-grill hater, but I doubt they'll live up to that.
