Just wanted to thank everyone for their advice and suggestions. I finally settled on the 2016 Toyota Camry SE! I purchased through Enterprise Car Sales, and also did my financing there as they were able to beat one loan I'd gotten approved for by 6%, and also the Nissan dealership's financing offer by 1%. It's not as sexy drive wise and handling like my Maxima was (which was also a V-6 that required Premium gas) but it's everything I need for right now, and I can't argue Toyota's reliability ratings. The color I wanted was not on the lot, but will be transferred in on Tuesday from Greensboro.
I highly recommend WASP auto as well off 55 in Durham. They are the best for Toyotas in the area by far. They saved me a ton of money on my car due to someone else in another repair shop was telling me, this and that needed to be repaired when it didnt

Try to buy a service loaner or sales mgr car that has never been titled.

The further from Wake Co. you shop, often the lower price.
VIN searches offered at used car lots are often not a CarFax.
The best Honda/Toyota models are often made in USA.
When a Honda/Toyota dealer has a 200+K mile car on their used lot, shop for that same year/model car via CraigsList!
That's correct about True Car but you don't have to contact the True Car dealer, just get the price on the car you want and show the app to another dealership and offer them $300 less. Three or four years ago True Car was charging dealers $299 for new car transactions, but it might have gone up since then
