There is a small piece of land on the west end of Orchard Villas that is soon to be developed. It's a pretty small lot, a cul de sac, right next to Peak Charter Academy (intersection of Blackburn and 64, across from the Duke Primary Care. The school dominates the street so it isn't a great location IMHO)
Rumors have been: One story single family homes, two story duplexes, or mixed use with condos above shops (Ice cream was mentioned)
Anyone know? I'd love to get the scoop. Mike Jaquish?

(I have no idea, but I live semi-near there, and would love to see something interesting. I STILL have not made it to Southern Peak Brewery, which I think is in the same area, only across 64, if I understand your OP.)

That's the same side of 64, just further east, in the Villages of Apex (near the paint store).

Looking at your map, I realize that the charter school company must have bought the entire lot, then sold the half they didn't need.
