New to area and seeking a trusted professional dog groomer. Scary going to a new place.
Do you need something specific or are you just looking for a bath/nails/trim? I've been happy with Woofgang, they are in Cameron Village. Like anything in Cameron Village, it isn't cheap but they do nice work.
Lately, we go to a place in Knightdale, I'll ask the name of it...
That said, my dog is a German Wirehaired Pointer so he has a low maintenance coat, and its as much for touching up the sanitary areas, bath and nail trimming.
Best is the area imho is Decadent Dogs, but I am not sure if they are accepting new dogs. They are usually pretty well booked. Plan B might be Groomingdale's in Apex. Very easy and flexible and the people there are super nice.
If you are willing to go as far as Westgate Road, ask for Kathy.
"Please ask to be booked for Kathy if you have a Teacup, toy or small breed. We are one of the few places in Raleigh accepting and specializing in small breeds." About Us
We use Woof and Wheels for our 11lb. Malti Poo. They park in your driveway by appointment. Not much more than carry in. Ask for Kristi. 919-924-9333. Tell het Abbey Watts sent you. We are off of Penny Road and 1010.
