Got a contracting position in MetLife cary.
They said if I perform well and if they have position Available they will hire me as direct employee when the contract is done. Just wanted to know anyone who works there actually know they hire contractor.
I have a job now, but they want me to relocate next year. Don’t want to move, that’s why I’m considering this offer from MetLife but dont want to take a risk either not having a job after 6 months.
Thank you

I've known contractors who did get hired as permanent employees, so it definitely happens at least some of the time. I can't say with what percentage though!

Thank you so much, it’s scary to move to a contracting position not knowing what will happen but thinking of taking that risk for my daughter who doesn’t want to move. Hopefully it works out 🙄
