Hello...
I got a lot of good suggestions about some subdivisions in Knightdale and we check out the area today. We think we want to rent first but it was nice t look around. It is just me and my husband and two dogs so school districts don't matter much but a nice neighborhood is always nice. Does anyone have recomendations on other subdivisions or other parts to check out? Maybe Wendell or Zebulon? or somewhere else that is a decent distance from Wilson? and Raleigh? Perhaps in the middle?
we have two golden retrievers.... renting would want under $1700 a month. Buying less that 250K but not sure we want to buy yet. Single family home with a yard would be preferred.

You could see if there are any homes for rent in the Planters Walk subdivision in Knightdale. It’s very close to a shopping center with a Target, but it’s older and has walking trails. It’s also right off 540 so you could easily get to 264 to a Wilson or head into Raleigh. Wendell and Zebulon will offer east access to a Wilson as well, but I don’t know as much about subdivisions in those neighborhoods. They may be cheaper however since they are further away from Raleigh.

A good thought.
