I’d like to find a new Condo with a pool and/or
tennis courts by the Southpointe Mall in Durham. Is anyone aware of such s community?

There are many. It just depends on your pricerange. I own a condo in a Pool/Tennis community that is about 10 minutes from Southpoint and 5 minutes from UNC. Definitely not brand new. Units here sell for as low as 120s and as high as 160s.

Walking distance to Southpoint and brand new/recent construction?......You're looking at probably $300k+.

Thanks. I’m looking for something between $300 and $400k. Can you tell me the community names?

Lots of new townhomes around there. I drive by Southpoint Trails off 751 just about every day. Looks like most of them even have garages. Those are just south of Southpoint. Just east of Southpoint off 54 is Meadows at Southpoint. Also townhomes in your pricerange. Larger neighborhood less off the beaten path.

Not sure of any flat-style condos if that was more what you are looking for. Lots of those going up in downtown Durham; not sure about Southpoint area.

Thanks.

I’m specifically looking for townhomes near Southpointe with a community pool. I can’t find any on Realtor.com.
