Anyone know anything of this development?

How is the proximity to downtown Hillsborough, is it done nicely (landscaping, space between houses, sidewalks, etc.)?

Address is 680 Market House Way.

Searched online but there isn't much out there. Hoping someone who lives there or visits can comment.

Thx.

I live north of there. They have just now started constructing houses. I think there is a total of 3 houses so far and they aren’t finished. So I don’t think anyone lives there yet.

Hillsborough's new 55+ neighborhood less than a mile to historical Downtown connected by walking trail.
hard to say how far by the crow flies/walking path...but it's 1.5 miles by car and I'd think if it was less than 1/2 mile, that's how they'd market it. So call it just under a mile on the walking path.

Thanks! For some reason I was under the impression a large majority of the houses had already been built. Unfortunately Google Streetview doesn't go into the subdivision.

The road to town doesn't look walkable unless I'm missing something. I wouldn't walk on the side of any road these days without sidewalks.
