My wife is going through a really, really hard time and I need something fun to take her to do in the Raleigh area. Are there any cool places to check out, any festivals or goings-on his weekend? Can anyone think of something fun? I am at my wit's end.... please help!

THANKS!

Broadway South is presenting "The Wedding Singer" at Memorial Auditorium. Nothing like a silly musical comedy to make you feel better. And you could grab a nice dinner at one of the new downtown spots before. And take a pedicab ride from the restaurant to the show.....my DH and I did that last weekend and giggled for the whole ride!

A stroll thru the Duke Gardens saturday afternoon followed by dinner at Magnolia Grill would be a great day for any lady.

Tapas at the Red Room in N.Raleigh on Glenwood. They have salsa dancing some evenings, even if she's not up to the dancing, the atmosphere lifts your spirits. Very good atmosphere!
