Either of those build a decent home. My brother owned a Saussy Burbank home for 5 years and was pleased. He is in a Garman home now-that seems to be a well built home as well. Saw nice appreciation as well but that is not necessarily the builder. Weekley builds a decent home as well, although I prefer the aesthetics of Saussy Burbank.
