OK, first thing to know is that's in Chatham County, so Chatham County schools rather than Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools. Your user name sounds like you have kids — so that could be important for you.
What other sort of feedback did you want? Are you local?

Yes thanks. I have been to the community but it was like 6 months ago, and I know the area well. I am interested in any feedback on Terramor Homes and on that particular community, from anyone who lives there or knows anyone living there. Thanks

I bought a Terramor home in 2015 (in a different community) and I don't have any real complaints. My home is one of 6 in my neighborhood that isn't custom and the non custom Terramor homes look just as nice as the custom homes.

I'm looking at Westfall right now too - did you buy there? Is the Terramor house well built? Should I look elsewhere? A number of their houses have been on the market for quite a while, so it makes me wonder why they're not selling..... in such a hot market as RTP!
Thanks!

No we didn’t. We wondered the same thing about why it’s not selling. Not sure if it’s the community or the homes. Their model home is not always open and they brought in all master down and ranch plans, where there used to be more two story homes there. Plus the grading of the lots looks questionable.

I have found Terramor homes to build a pretty unimpressive product. They try to mimic the styling cues of whatever is hot in the market but their materials and labor quality is subpar. Not a fan.
Yes, you will get more square footage per dollar than with a true custom builder.

Thank you. That is similar to my observation. Can’t afford custom in Chapel Hill/Chatham County. Looking mostly at the Briar Chapel builders and looked at Westfall because it was close by.

I'd put any of the Briar Chapel Builders above Terramor by varying degrees.

Thanks, I’ve been looking at Terramor in Briar Chapel too, ha.
Any specific feedback on David Weekley or Saussy Burbank? I can’t afford Dickerson.
