Holding Ridge, Smith Creek in Wake Forest and other neighborhoods (house, train)

Hi all,
I am looking to see what Holding Ridge is like. I am looking at a house there. How does this area compare with Smith Creek, Pemberley, Moss Creek or Landings at Neuse Crossing? Are there issues with the train going by Smith Creek? Are there issues with the Wastewater treatment plant being near Moss Creek?
We are getting ready to make a decision on a house and really appreciate any information you can give. Thanks ahead of time.
