honestly, if you'd title(d) your original thread better it would be of far greater value. Because in that post, after numerous responses, I found this:

Quote:
REQUIRE:
- less than 30 minute commute to Shearon Harris
- Single-story home less than 2000 sq. ft.
- Sun/space sufficient for modest vegetable garden
- Good schools; Proximity to alternative education (Homeschool co-ops, Montessori)
- Walking neighborhood
if your child is in school come August, you do not want to be in Sanford/Lee County except for what appear to be 2 Christian schools south of the 1/15-501 intersection (I thought there was also a Day School). Also, I'd expect - other than SHN employees - almost zero folks educated beyond an undergraduate degree. from some website:

Quote:
22.7% have completed a bachelor’s degree and 1.0% have completed a doctorate degree.
Did you ever tell us what size a modest vegetable garden is?

I'd stay right where I am...in downtown Cary area. 20 minute drive. I have a close friend who used to work there and she lives in the same area as me (downtown/central Cary)

I live in Holly Springs and i LOVE living in Holly Springs so I'd be pretty happy if I were working at the plant and had a 5 minute commute instead of my regular 25 minute commute to Centennial Campus!

I'd live in Holly Springs. With all the growth the Triangle continues to experience living close to work is a high priority for better quality of life for me.
