Need recommendation for local travel agency for trip to Eastern Europe

Book through the airline. Use expedia, kayak, etc to search but DO NOT use them to book your flughts.

Why? Because if there's a delay or another problem along the way, the airline is gonna say "call expedia to get it fixed."

Regarding hotels, I've rarely found a better price on expedia than in the hotel website.

I flew in business class on Aeroflot about 20 years ago. It was a good experience. I still have the little amenity kit they gave me. My husband uses it for his toiletries. I don't know about their economy service. Could be like night and day.

I just visited Prague 2 weeks ago. It is a remarkable city, very very tourist friendly, with a modern airport. I unexpectedly LOVED Czech food, and Prague continues to be one of my favorite cities. Highly recommend one of the many tours given by locals when in Prague (given daily). BTW, no visa necessary for Prague.
