Put power washing in the search engine. Call the businesses and ask what they charge.

I have some quotes already that I’m trying to sanity check as they seem high based on what I researched on the web.

What are the quotes? I can see if we compare. I’ve tried 4 different power washers now and they all differed in prices but did the same good quality work. I power wash every year and clean my porches often. I clean the porches myself if I have time.

I would expect to pay between $199 and $275 to have my house powerwashed.

Not sure if this helps, but I was quoted $185 recently for our split level. About 1600 feet. This is from someone highly recommended and he has cleaned my roof recently, which cost way more than just washing the house.

Typically the $99 guys only do the three sides. For reference.
