Hi all, I have a question on the year round calendar.

For track 2, is the first day of school September 10? I'm looking at the year round calendar and there is no marking for when one academic year ends and the next begins. I have a friend moving here and I was explaining how it works, but I'm not 100% that I'm reading it right.

Thanks in advance!

We’re track 2 and the first day is the Monday after July 4th. They track back in the week after Labor Day though if that’s what you’re asking.

The calendar you link to is correct. The YR schools start their calendar July 1st.

Ahh got it, that makes sense. Is July 1 when people would start the school year, regardless of track?

Thank you!

Year round is crazy, my daughter just started kindergarten in July and has already been tracked-out for a week with Track 2! She was just getting into the routine and now she's driving me crazy.. :-)
Track 4 didn't start until August

Track 4 starts end of July, sometimes the beginning of August.

July 1 is when the calendar begins, but Tracks 1,2 and 3 don't start till the week after July 4th as Anna stated above.
