Just wasted 20 minutes watching public speaks out, and there wasn't a single speaker in regards to the Green Level West project. Not sure what you're talking about.
Publix also bought approx. 10 acres land very nearby since 2015, but they have not submitted an application to the town yet.

Current traffic is far from crazy (almost quiet at times), though I'm sure it'll quickly get a lot busier due to tons of new houses and commercial developments. There is a Green Level Church road expansion plan as well.
