Ever since the water meters were replaced on Friday, I am unable to track my daily & hourly water usage via the AquaStar tool. I don't know if this is related, but they temporarily interrupted water service on Friday for a few minutes while the new meters were being installed.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with AquaStar?

You customarily track your hourly water usage?!

It may be a situation where the water meters were replaced, and they'll come back later to replace the Aquastar transmitter. My suggestion is to contact the Town and ask:

After my water meter was replaced, it took about 1 week before usage started showing up on aquastar.

The only reason I was checking aquastar is because my most recent bill showed ZERO usage. After I got that bill, I called the utility dept and they explained how I was getting a new meter, that it would take several days until they started tracking the usage again, and then I wouldn't be billed for usage retroactively.

I didn't understand why the meters were being replaced again. Seems like we just went through this a few years ago.

My recent usage, according to aquastar:

I don't track mine, but I signed up for alerts, which the OP may want to consider. It will alert you when you use over a certain # of gallons a day. You can get text, email, both, etc.

Got an alert this morning that we reached 400 gallons yesterday

There are usually two parts to a smart water meter - the water meter itself and the radio module. They may have been replacing one part or both. Not sure if ToC is using Sensus for both parts, or just the radio, which usually can be updated over-the-air.
