Anyone seen the houses on Parade of homes at Montvale at Copperleaf? I heard that The houses on the wake county side are above 1M & the houses on the Chatham county side will be around 700,000. Are the houses worth visiting?

If you’re looking for a house in West Cary in the 700k to 1mil range.

We looked at three of the parade homes there. They were nice but not worth the 1mil+ cost. If I am spending that much, I would like more space between neighbors, plus I just didn't see the value by what was included in the interiors.
It’s pretty much gotten to the point that if you waited 2-3 years to buy a “large” house in west Cary, then you will be paying too much. Just saw at Montvale at Copperleaf, latest house is 4000 square feet for at least $975k! Wow, what a premium! For 975k, I expect more than 4K square feet

I'll happily sell my west cary home which is larger than 4k sq ft, for well less than 975k....

Walked on ATT and had a glance yesterday. Agree that the space is too SMALL between houses. It's supposed to be inside golf park for million-dollar estates.
I think it's honestly a disgrace that the area around the American Tobacco Trail in Cary is filling in with extremely expensive, very large homes like this. Build some apartments or townhomes FFS. It's poor planning on Cary's part that this amazing recreational amenity, among the best the Triangle has to offer, is only accessible w/o driving for people who can plunk down that much for a house.
^Well, their idea is probably that since Weldon Ridge/Ivy Shaw is for 700k-800k, the very inside area Montvale then has to be 1M.
