I'm currently in the home buying process and have been spending the weekends visiting neighborhoods, going to open houses, drive bys etc. I noticed there are some homes in close proximity to one another that are all for sale. I find this odd. They are established neighborhoods and not new developments. I've seen this a lot online across Raleigh but curious if someone knows something i dont know specific to FV?
There are homes on forestbluff road and ruth circle in fuquay with so much activity. Looking at the project map for the town i only see a few communities to be built but not super close where it would make an impact.
No insights but Forestbluff looks like a pretty long road with 5 houses for sale, doesn't seem that odd. There's a much smaller street around the corner from me that has had 5 houses for sale over the last couple of months. It's nothing unusual, just the neighborhood turning over, and a couple of sudden/unexpected widows selling their homes. If one looked at the history of the street recently they might be put off but there would really be no need.

Right.
Forest Ridge is a 10 year old neighborhood. People start to move on by then, so often you will see multiple homes for sale.
@twingles thanks, makes me wonder if there is some hidden fault somewhere. My husband and I want to assume it's likely those who were thinking to downside and take advantage of the hot market while they can.
I'd be more concerned in a neighborhood that was 2-3 years old that there were issues with the houses....but at the age of those homes, I think it's just coincidence.
Ruth Circle is in Harnett County, not sure if that matters to you school-wise.

It does - i noticed that, would also be a further commute from RTP. but the land!

What RedZin said. That land is going to be worthless to someone that needs to just work in the RTP. Location of land means a lot. That would be one heck of a commute for a majority of people to deal with.

Agreed. More interested in the forest bluffs home and 1 other in the area. They are checking all the boxes but thought the number of homes for sale were a red flag. Sounds like I'm paranoid

Any insights to share?
I’ve been wondering the same thing about Bella Casa, see 3 houses next door to each other for sale, 3 years after new construction.
