I live in Willow Spring and have for over 2 yrs. I love it here! Where exactly are you looking? I can help you the best I can if you want personal points of views (honest ones as well.. not just opinions)

I am in the Westmoor Subdiv. which has many homes currently still available and lots to be built on. Its a nice rural area and as for the location, its not very far if you ask me to certain hospitals.

I don't travel to the big WakeMed or Rex Hosp. in Raleigh very often but I do know WakeMed Cary off Kildaire and Tryon as I work near there myself. Ironically enough I just came from that area seeing Wake Heart Assoc. to get a 30 day monitor for my PVCs.. and now here you are.. made my chuckle.

WakeMed Cary is about 25 minutes from Willow Spring/15 miles. This is ACCURATE as I have used my trip miles in my car to determine this and have timed it. Its not a bad drive.. very direct.

I would have to say to Raleigh its gonna be closer to 35/40 minutes. BUT let me tell you, Willow Spring is SOOOO worth the drive.

It's about 25 miles to WakeMed or Rex in Raleigh. With the price of gas you may want to look for something closer. That's my unbiased opinion as I live in Cary and have nothing to gain by giving you my input on Willow Spring.
