Goodness, I hope I don't get inundated but I'm looking for a realtor who has experience and knows Apex/Cary area. Can anyone recommend someone (who has had experience working with them?) I actually have a house in mind and just need someone who is willing to negotiate for us. Thanks!

I sent you a DM with my realtor's name. She was AMAZING and I just love her--total professional (and I had a realtor's license in FL and know the good, the bad, and the ugly).
